We will need a postal address for delivery and, for overseas orders, we also need a phone number

Our traps can only be used by licensed bird ringers and hence, for trap orders, you must also include a copy of your current ringing/banding permit.  It also helps to tell us what species you wish to trap as we may be able to advise on the best options for you.

Many products are made to order.  We work to a monthly manufacturing cycle which means that orders received in the first week of any month will be added to that month's batch and delivery can be expected towards the end of the month or early the following month.  Orders received after the first week of the month will be added to the following month's batch.

We invoice when the goods are ready to send and we prefer payment via bank transfer (BACS) if possible.

For overseas orders we send a Paypal money request as this is the cheapest way for us receive foreign currency.  We add a 5% surcharge to cover the currency costs.
